Toots likes the summer weather. She likes to be comfortable in her little crop top and shorts.
She doesn't mind it at all when her little crop top becomes moist and see-though in the hot summer air. She likes when the other people on the beach see her nipples through her top.
But, if her clothes get too sticky, she doesn't mind opting out of them altogether!
